Being members of Inclusion in Finance has helped across all functions of our business. We think carefully about how we attract and retain talented team members from a wide variety of backgrounds. Inclusion in Finance membership gives us access to tools, information and colleagues from across the industry to help us make sure we support our people in the best way possible. A number of our team members have participated in specific work streams and projects and I have personally greatly benefited from being part of the recent work on cognitive diversity.

As a conduit for change within financial services, Inclusion in Finance’s leadership inspires us and similar firms to build a corporate culture that reflects the diversity of our clients and one that includes and values all of our people. Since becoming a member firm, we’ve made positive changes within Julius Baer International, and been able to contribute to the best practices for all. Together we will build an industry that is more in tune with the society around us, more relevant for our clients and those in the future, and more of a level playing field for all employees to succeed.

No single investment or finance company can create the modern, diverse and inclusive industry we are aiming for, but I’m confident that over 100 working together can!
