The Walking Exchange is a cross-firm mentoring experience designed to bring together mid-career professionals (7-15 years’ experience) and senior leaders (20+ years’ industry experience) from across our Member firms. Helping Member firms retain, develop, and inspire talent across the industry.
Blending career development with wellbeing, these mentoring walks help individuals build meaningful connections, support career development through structured, informal mentorship conversations – one walk at a time.
The Walking Exchange is open to all roles and backgrounds, and fosters inclusive, cross-industry connections that inspire growth, confidence, and collaboration.
All walks take place in London, with routes carefully selected to include step-free and shorter-distance options, so that everyone can take part fully, regardless of mobility or physical ability.
Open to employees of Inclusion in Finance Member Firms only.
Through this programme, we aim to:
Enable authentic, open, and inclusive mentorship across member firms and the wider industry.
Support career development and confidence for mid-career professionals.
Enable reverse mentoring and fresh perspectives for senior leaders.
Strengthen networks and allyship that extend beyond organisational boundaries.
