Zaki Orbell

Zaki is an Ambassador at Inclusion in Finance and Co-Lead of the Disability community. She brings over two decades of experience from Man Group (formerly GLG Partners), where she coordinated the firm’s largest discretionary equities group of 36 portfolio managers and analysts across London, York, Hong Kong, Tokyo and Sydney.

Alongside her core role, Zaki also served as Co-Lead of Man Group’s Disability community, reflecting her long-standing commitment to driving greater awareness, advocacy, and inclusion across global, multi-stakeholder environments.

Originally from New Zealand, Zaki has recently returned and is currently studying law and psychology at University of Auckland. She is particularly interested in how her studies and passion for inclusion can be applied within organisations to enhance employee experience and drive stronger business performance and results.

Zaki also holds a Bachelor of Business Degree and a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing and Communications from Auckland University of Technology.
