Vaida Gapsyte is Head of HR at EdenTree Investment Management and a member of the Executive Committee. She joined the firm in 2021 and leads all aspects of Human Resources, with a strong focus on building an inclusive, purpose‑driven workplace and shaping a positive, values‑led culture. Vaida works closely with senior leaders to embed inclusive leadership practices and support the development of engaged, high‑performing teams. Prior to joining EdenTree, she held HR leadership roles within international private investment and asset management firms. Vaida holds a BSc in Psychology.
