I am white British, born in London and went to a state co-ed comprehensive school. I have over 30 years’ experience in the City and started my career as a Legal Secretary within one of the Magic Circle law firms. I went on to study Human Resources which lead me to Financial Services where I have cultivated a career that primarily focused on second line of defence functions including Human Resources, Business Management, Infrastructure and Risk.
My career has been marked by a dedicated commitment to fostering an inclusive culture and celebrating cognitive diversity, which lead me to my current role at Inclusion in Finance.
I was a Trustee of a domestic abuse charity which I was involved with for over 15 years, and have recently become a Trustee for a new charity focusing on the identification and support for children with dyslexia.
I am married with one school aged son and two rescue dogs.
