Mawuena Akator is a Culture, Inclusion and Engagement professional at ICG, where she focuses on encouraging inclusive environments, strengthening employee engagement and embedding culture across the organisation. As a co-lead of the social mobility community within Inclusion in Finance, Mawuena is passionate about widening access to the investment industry and supporting individuals from socio-economic backgrounds. She brings both strategic insight and a people centred approach to her work.
