Lindsay Hudson

Relationship Manager

I was educated in the state school system, worked part-time from the age of 15, and was the first in my family to attend university, graduating in Law. I began my career in asset management in 1997, starting in fund operations and working my way through roles across Operations, Change Management, Sales and M&A. Alongside this, DE&I remained a consistent “side-of-desk” passion until I had the opportunity to lead Invesco’s EMEA DE&I function — a role that truly ignited my long-term commitment to this work and my passion for ensuring everyone feels part of a shared movement to build a truly meritocratic and inclusive financial services industry. I joined Aegon Asset Management in 2020 as Global Head of DE&I and, in 2025, joined Inclusion in Finance as Relationship Manager, having been a strong supporter of the organisation since its launch in 2016.

Outside of work, I have been married to my husband Neil for 28 years, and we have three children and a labradoodle. Throughout our parenting years, we have both worked flexibly to balance careers and family life, with all three children attending local state schools. I am passionate about “The Juggle” and hope that, along the way, I have helped level the playing field for other working parents who follow behind me.
