Chief Transformation Officer

Karin is Railpen’s Chief Transformation Officer, a role held since February 2025. In addition to leading transformation initiatives for the business, Karin now serves as the executive sponsor of Railpen’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) Committee, helping champion an inclusive culture and organisational progress.

With extensive global experience in private banking and wealth management—including roles as Head of Transformation at RBC Brewin Dolphin, Executive Director at Coutts & Co leading the Change Investment Solutions Team, and Vice President at Credit Suisse—Karin has led end-to-end delivery of significant change programmes and supported complex mergers. Trusted by executive and board-level stakeholders, she is adept at shaping compelling propositions, guiding strategic decisions, and leading intricate M&A integrations, platform rollouts, and culture refresh initiatives. She builds best-in-class, high-performing teams through mentoring and coaching and maintains a member-focused approach that consistently elevates the client experience.

Originally from just outside Vienna, Austria, Karin lived and worked in Switzerland before moving to the UK. Outside work, Karin enjoys travel, cooking, the arts and theatre, and is a passionate yoga practitioner.
