Jay Husbands‑Alexander is Marketing Production and Design Executive at EdenTree Investment Management and Co‑Chair of the Corporate Responsibility Committee. She plays an active role in shaping and delivering EdenTree’s approach to culture, inclusion and colleague engagement. As Co‑Chair of the Corporate Responsibility Committee, Jay helps lead initiatives across people, community and environmental priorities, with a particular focus on diversity and inclusion and turning insight into practical, measurable action. She works closely with colleagues across the business to ensure activity is inclusive, well‑governed and aligned to EdenTree’s values and long‑term purpose. Jay joined EdenTree Investment Management in June 2022 and contributes to firm‑wide initiatives that support engagement, communication and long‑term cultural progress.
