Erica Serpico is a director leading the development and international expansion of Vanguard’s Investor Choice initiative across the U.K. and Europe. Prior to this role, she served as a director within Vanguard’s Investment Stewardship team, leading corporate engagement and proxy voting across various U.S. sectors and international sub-regions, with a recent focus on the U.K. market. Erica joined Vanguard in 2013 through a rotational leadership development program. She began her career in the Portfolio Review Department as an investment research manager, where she developed new mutual funds and ETFs and recommended enhancements to the existing product lineup for U.S.-based investors. Erica earned a B.A. in mathematics from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. with a concentration in strategy from London Business School.
