Charlotte Russ joined Ruffer LLP in 2015 as PA to the Chief Executive before moving into Human Resources where she found a passion for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and is now the Learning & Development Manager. Prior to this, she spent 11 years working in Public Relations.
The focus of Charlotte’s role is to develop strategy on all aspects of people and engagement, developing and maintaining a solid operational support framework to enhance company culture and create an environment where all staff can develop to their full potential. Charlotte coordinates the internal Diversity Working Group at Ruffer LLP – made up of networks and contributors across the firm, she is excited to bring practices and experiences from other members into her workplace and beyond.
Outside of work, Charlotte loves spending time with her two boys and Partner in Kent.
