Charlotte Hopkins

I am passionate about building inclusive workplaces where diversity of thought and experience is genuinely valued, and where people feel safe, respected and able to contribute fully.

My career has spanned private practice and senior legal roles within leading global investment banks and investment fund managers, where I have advised on complex legal and governance matters. Working within these high-performance environments has given me first-hand insight into how profoundly culture shapes outcomes and how critical effective leadership is in creating an environment of psychological safety and trust.

In recent years, my focus has centred increasingly on non-financial misconduct and the responsibility organisations carry in creating environments where their people can thrive and setting and upholding clear standards of behaviour.

I believe when strong governance is combined with inclusive, accountable leadership, organisations make better decisions, build stronger cultures and deliver better outcomes — for both their people and their business.
