I’m originally from near Manchester and moved to London after graduating in 2017 to pursue a career in HR within Financial Services. After four years in generalist HR roles, I’m now an Inclusion Partner at Rothschild & Co, where I work to deliver our Group Inclusion strategy. This focuses on creating a balanced, inclusive and supportive environment where different perspectives are valued and respected, with a clear ambition to increase diversity of thought and experience at all levels, particularly in senior leadership.
Within the team, we focus on ensuring inclusive people processes, delivering insight‑led business dashboards, and acting as trusted advisors to the business.
In my role, I manage the Global Sponsorship Programme, act as an advisor to the UK Network groups, and oversee our diversity data collection campaign. This work enables us to better understand representation across the firm and explore trends in hiring, progression and retention, helping to inform meaningful, data‑led action.
