Amy Scott

Diversity & Inclusion Manager

Amy Scott joined Invesco in 2022 as the Early Career Investor Program Manager, leading the firm’s investment rotational program to develop future talent. In 2025, she transitioned into the role of Diversity & Inclusion Manager, where she drives initiatives that foster an inclusive culture, promote a sense of belonging, support employee wellbeing, growth, and community engagement.

With over a decade of experience in the financial industry, Ms. Scott previously held leadership roles at PNC’s Corporate Institutional Banking, including Senior Operations Manager in the Treasury Division, where she led enterprise-wide modernization efforts.

Ms. Scott holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Auburn University Montgomery and an MBA in Strategy from the University of North Alabama. Ms. Scott is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) and is passionate about mentorship and early career development.
