What our members say

Being members of Inclusion in Finance has helped across all functions of our business. We think carefully about how we attract and retain talented team members from a wide variety of backgrounds. Inclusion in Finance membership gives us access to tools, information and colleagues from across the industry to help us make sure we support our people in the best way possible. A number of our team members have participated in specific work streams and projects and I have personally greatly benefited from being part of the recent work on cognitive diversity.

Tord Stallvik

CEO, Red Wheel

As a conduit for change within financial services, Inclusion in Finance’s leadership inspires us and similar firms to build a corporate culture that reflects the diversity of our clients and one that includes and values all of our people. Since becoming a member firm, we’ve made positive changes within Julius Baer International, and been able to contribute to the best practices for all. Together we will build an industry that is more in tune with the society around us, more relevant for our clients and those in the future, and more of a level playing field for all employees to succeed.

David Durclacher

CEO, Julius Baer International Limited

No single investment or finance company can create the modern, diverse and inclusive industry we are aiming for, but I’m confident that over 100 working together can!

Helena Morrissey

Chairwoman of Inclusion in Finance

Allspring proudly joined Inclusion in Finance UK in 2022. As a firm, we believe deeply in the importance of diversity, equity and inclusion as by encompassing a broader range of ideas, experiences and skills we are better investors and stewards of our client’s capital.

The power of this membership is that we can connect across the savings industry to work collaboratively to improve both our current employee experience and the accessibility of our industry to a broader talent pool – here we are living one of our core values of #delivermoretogether. Inclusion in Finance has proven to be a highly valuable platform with its breadth of committee and work stream structures allowing us the opportunity to further engage in the inclusion dialogue at all seniority levels of our firm.
