International Men’s Day 2026

IMD 2026: Men at their best: looking after ourselves, supporting others, shaping culture

Behind every job title, leadership role and professional responsibility is a person – with pressures, responsibilities, relationships and challenges of their own.

This international Men’s Day, join us for the #MenAtTheirBest event exploring what it means to be a man at work and beyond, and how we can create environment where men feel supported to look after themselves, support others and help everyone thrive. The event is kindly hosted by Marsh and is hybrid. Register now.

Through a mix of expert insight, panels and a fireside chat, we’ll explore three themes:

·      Looking after yourself – We’ll explore the mental and physical wellbeing, emotional expression and the pressures that can come with modern life and work – with practical ideas you can take away.

·      Looking out for others – how we can better support people around us and the role we can play in this. Starting conversations and creating stronger support networks at work, at home and in our communities.

·      Building cultures where everyone can thrive – what does positive workplace behaviour look like and what role can men play in creating better environments for everyone?

There will also be an opportunity to network with peers and connect with health and wellbeing charities, with information and resources available to help you continue the conversation beyond the event.

This is intended to be an open, practical and positive event. Whether you come to learn something new, share your experience or simply take some time to reflect, there will be something for everyone. Register here.

We look forward to seeing you there.
