Inclusion in Finance’s International Women’s Day webinar series

As part of International Women’s Day, Inclusion in Finance hosted the #BreakingTheBias webinar series, featuring three interactive sessions exploring how organisations and individuals can challenge barriers and support greater gender inclusion.

The series brought together industry leaders and experts to discuss practical ways to create more inclusive workplaces, support career progression, and address challenges affecting women in the workplace.

The sessions included:

Event 1: Introduction, Pathway Programme and Male Allyship: How Men Can Help #BreakTheBias

• Introduction from Helena Morrissey and launch of the Future Female Fund Managers Programme.
• A discussion exploring the role men can play in challenging bias and supporting gender equality.

Event 2: Inspiring Careers in Fund Management: Successful Stories of #BreakingTheBias

• A session featuring stories and insights on career progression, representation, and overcoming barriers in fund management.

Event 3: Menopause in the Workplace: #BreakTheBias

• A discussion exploring menopause in the workplace and the importance of creating supportive and inclusive environments.
