To mark Black History Month, we are honoured to welcome Hon. Dr Stuart Lawrence. During this webinar, Dr Lawrence will explore what it means to recognise our common humanity and the role we can all play in creating more inclusive communities. Rather than approaching inclusion through blame or apathy, Stuart will encourage an open and thoughtful conversation about empathy, belonging, responsibility and the importance of understanding one another.

Drawing on his experience as an educator, speaker and community advocate, he will look at how individuals and organisations can move beyond simply talking about inclusion and towards meaningful everyday action.

Following this we will hold a panel session with Justin Onuekwusi – Chief Executive Officer, Investments at St. James’s Place and Founder of EnCircle Mentoring Shyla Höenigschmid-DeVeaux – Inclusion in Finance Pathways Director. Dr Stuart Lawrence – Author & Orator Moderator: Bernard Robinson – Regional Talent Acquisition Lead at Northern Trust and co lead of the IiF Race to Equality community
