What if we could show up at work as ourselves? Inclusive workplaces where people and businesses thrive. Run by Prabhmeet Singh, from Meet The Mind

Date: 29/06/2026
Location: Virtual

As we close Pride Month 2026, this interactive session invites participants to reflect on what it truly means to feel safe, seen, and valued at work. An important topic, which ties in with the first of our new global ambitions – inclusion for all.

We hope that this topic reaches, not only the LGBTQ+ community, but everyone who is interested in playing a part in understanding more about this fundamental topic and creating more inclusive workplaces.

Many people spend a significant amount of energy “masking” parts of themselves at workwhether that’s hiding aspects of identity, personality, background, beliefs, neurodiversity, mental health challenges, or lived experience. But masking can be the “silent tax” and comes at a cost.

In this first session we focus on The Sovereignty of Self, discussing unmasking and begin to understand where it comes from. We introduce the mind and observe the narrative that plays up. This sets the ground for self-sovereignty: the quiet right to decide what to share and what to keep.

KEY ACTIVITIES

  1. The Grounding Technique.
  2. Root Cause: Looking at the small moments and pressures that teach us to hide.
  3. The Magic Wand: Picturing what an ordinary workday could feel like, as fully ourselves.

EXPECTED OUTCOMES

For many, this will be the first time they will ‘see’ their mind and this awareness is the door to open to understanding unmasking

Prabhmeet holds an MSc in Transpersonal Psychology, is a qualified coach, mentor and mental health first aider, as well as having spent many years in the financial services sector.

To ensure respectful discussions, our ground rules are:

  • Confidentiality: What’s said in the discussion, stays in the discussion
  • Non-judgmental listening
  • Respect other’s experiences

Here’s to working towards an industry where (un-)masking is not taboo, fostering healthier, more inclusive ways of working, whether you are navigating these experiences personally, supporting colleagues, or shaping team and organisational culture.
