Trends in Neurodiversity – Discussing the findings of Inclusion in Finance’s Neurodiversity Survey
Each year Inclusion in Finance conducts a survey of Neurodiverse people in Financial Services to better understand their experience in the workplace. This year we deliberately invited allies of neurodiversity to participate in parts of the survey. This has given us a valuable insight into the incredibly important part allies play in all areas of inclusion. Please join the author of the survey, Ian Iceton of University of Buckingham, who will discuss the key findings with Nalini Solanki, Co-Lead of Inclusion in Finance Neurodiversity Community.
