In celebration of International Women’s Day 2021, Inclusion in Finance hosted a discussion exploring the experiences of women working in the investment and savings industry.
Gillian Hepburn from Schroders and Maggie Craig from the FCA discussed the perception that people need to be a certain “type” to progress within the industry, and explored what this can mean for gender equality, inclusion, and career progression.
