Participants join a dynamic cohort of future investment leaders, gaining the tools and community needed to thrive in investment roles and take ownership of their career trajectory.
Whilst often associated with portfolio management, the programme is designed for ambitious women across the investment industry, including research, product development, and investment specialists, to name a few. We would also encourage firms to consider candidates from supporting functions (e.g., risk, legal, operations) who demonstrate the ambition and potential to move into front office roles.
