For International Women’s Day, Inclusion in Finance partnered with Citywire to celebrate women’s achievements and explore the diverse experiences of women working across the investment industry.
The roundtable discussion shared real-life career journeys, offering insights from professionals at different stages of their careers, including those starting out in the industry, participating in the Pathway Programme, navigating mid-career transitions, returning after a career break, and progressing into senior leadership roles.
The session highlighted the importance of recognising different experiences, valuing diverse perspectives, and continuing to raise awareness of the opportunities and challenges faced by women in investment.
