Inclusion in Finance’s Neurodiversity Community was proud to present How to Neurodiversity.
Neurodiversity refers to the diversity of human brains and recognises differences in how our brains are “wired” as a natural variation among humans. It is often used to describe conditions such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and dyspraxia, among others.
It is estimated that around 15–20% of the UK population is neurodivergent, meaning many of us already work alongside neurodivergent colleagues.
During this one-hour session, Meike Bliebenicht, the Neurodiversity Workstream Lead, introduced the concept of neurodiversity and explained how organisations can harness its valuable contribution to diversity of thought while removing barriers to successful neuroinclusion.
The webinar was aimed at anyone interested in learning more about neurodiversity, including HR professionals, people managers, and those with a general interest in the topic.
