We enjoyed welcoming attendees to our inaugural Global Annual Event and 10 Year Anniversary, kindly hosted by DWS at the Deutsche Bank Office.
Held on 12 June 2026, the event ran from 14:00 to 17:00 BST and was available to attend both in person in London and online via livestream. This was followed by a special evening reception from 17:00 to 19:00 BST to mark 10 years of Inclusion in Finance, formerly the Diversity Project.
For the first time, Inclusion in Finance UK, Europe and North America came together for a shared programme.
Programme
- Global Chairs Panel. Attendees heard from our three regional Chairs on why global collaboration matters now more than ever, what clients and members are asking for across markets, and how we will help make further, faster progress.
- Member Panel on Cognitive Diversity. Attendees heard how their peers are using the Blueprint in a Box, DOTScorecard and our new Leadership Masterclasses to give their teams a significant edge.
- Lightning Talks. Personal, lived-experience perspectives were shared from each region.
- Programme Showcase. Attendees had the opportunity to explore the breadth of Inclusion in Finance’s programmes across the globe.
- Dragons’ Den. A competition focused on key issues faced by our members, including AI and intergenerational workforce challenges and opportunities. Attendees had the chance to vote for the most compelling presentation.
