Access & Inclusion: Building Better Workplaces

Dates:
  • 25/06/2026
  • 24/09/2026

This training series is for Inclusion in Finance Members Only.

Developed in direct response to feedback from members of Inclusion in Finance, this training programme represents an important step forward in fostering more inclusive workplaces across financial services.

External pressures are increasing with increased regulatory and legislative interest (e.g. EU Accessibility Act) as well as the challenges identified during the “Keep Britain Working” review published by Sir Charlier Mayfield combined with the $13trillion global spending power of the Disabled community, it has never been more timely to deliver this training.

The outline of this programme reflects our objective to better understand, support, and integrate disabled individuals in the workplace.

This training goes beyond compliance or awareness; it is about cultivating genuine understanding and confidence in working with and alongside colleagues with disabilities. It provides the tools, language, and perspective needed to create workplaces that not only welcome people with disabilities, but actively empowers them to thrive.

This training has been created in partnership with WITH NOT FOR.
